  7. To cheat with CyClones:
  8.  
  9. All cheat codes are entered at the command line during startup.
  10. They must be preceded with 8335791.  e.g.:
  11.  
  12. `    CYCLONES 8335791 [-D(E|M|H)] [-W(1-8)]
  13. `            [-L<Lvl#>] [<MapName>]
  14. `            [-A(1-3)] [-J]
  15. `            [startx starty] [startz]
  16.  
  17. `    -D(E|M|H)    Set difficulty.
  18. `        -DE          Easy
  19. `        -DM          Medium
  20. `        -DH          Hard
  21.  
  22. `    -W<#>        Start with weapons up to the number specified.  
  23. `                 Stocked with full ammunition. (e.g. CYCLONES 
  24. `                 8335791 -W3 will provide weapons 1 through 3..
  25. `                 . the Gauss Pistol, the Chaingun, and the Alien 
  26. `                 Pistol)

  28. `    -L<#>        Start at level number (e.g. CYCLONES 8335791 -L5)
  29. `                 This automatically starts player at starting
  30. `                 location for that level. Levels 9, 17, 18, 20, 
  31. `                 and 24 are incomplete and are not visited during 
  32. `                 the course of the game.

  34. `    <MapName>    Specify a map by name (the .MAP files in the 
  35. `                 directory) Location defaults to (1,1).
  36.  
  37. `    -A<#>        Start with armored suit/hand weapon 1-3 for the 
  38. `                 game. 1=Sabre glove.  2=Saw glove.  3=Nano hand.

  40. `    -J           Start with the jump jet, with a huge charge on it.
  41.  
  42. `    Examples:    CYCLONES 8335791 hive2 30 30
  43. `                 CYCLONES 8335791 -L4 -DE -W4 -A2
  44.  
  45. Also, running CYCLONE 8335791 (no 'S') starts a SINGLE LEVEL 
  46. immediately without the intro.  However, the game will quit at the 
  47. end of the level.  Cheat codes may be used as normal.
