  3. This information attempts to set out "who owns what" and "who does
  4. what" in respect to all issues of Cheet Sheets, starting with issue
  5. 31, upto and including this issue and all subsequent issues using 
  6. code supplied by Neil Gorin.

  12. Mr Roberts is the Editor of Cheet Sheets. All documents within
  13. this publication are either supplied by himself, or via persons
  14. who provide documents to him. In all cases, Mr Roberts attempts
  15. to make sure (by either contacting the individual who supplied
  16. the document or the BBS from which he downloaded it) that the
  17. document is either copyright free or he has the permission of the
  18. copyright holder to distribute it. All articles are published in
  19. good faith. Where screen shots have been used to illustrate
  20. reviews, Mr Roberts has personally contacted the software house
  21. in question to ensure that the screen shots may be included.

  31. Mr Gorin provides the wrap around program "CHEET.EXE" and any
  32. assorted files required to make this program work. Copyright for
  33. the Cheet Sheets user interface (i.e. the CHEET.EXE program)
  34. belongs to Mr Gorin, although he has kindly let Mr Roberts use the
  35. Cheet Sheets user interface and various installation/text viewing
  36. utilities without charge. Mr Gorin has no input to the magazine,
  37. with the occasional exception of articles written by himself,
  38. each of which is clearly marked as having been written by Mr
  39. Gorin. Mr Gorin assumes no copyright or entitlement relating to
  40. the contents, articles or otherwise viewed through his user
  41. interface program, and does not contribute, edit or provide the
  42. articles himself, with the exception of occasionally modifying
  43. the article's first line to ensure that it will be displayed
  44. correctly within the user interface program.

  48. Home Grown Productions assume copyright for the overall Cheet
  49. Sheets monthly magazine, with the exception of any software
  50. supplied by Mr Gorin, above.

  54. Music Files (.MOD files) are all taken from freely available
  55. sources (for example, the Sound and Vision CD ROM or the Shareware
  56. Extravaganza CD ROM). As these MOD files are distributed on these
  57. CD ROMs as "Public Domain" we cannot be held responsible if they
  58. later turn out not to be. Again, we include the music .MOD files
  59. in good faith.
