This Pissing Crow is one of the better boards in the 610 area code, though if you're familiar with 610, you know that doesn't say a whole lot about the board. Ever since The Pissing Crow lost its 800# and its ACID 610 Distribution Site status, activity has dropped considerably. The message bases have dropped in activity as a result of the drop in outside callers, and the fact that Pissing Crow has no message nets isn't helping things. The file section, however, is a different story. The sysop, Estranger, offers nearly 50 file areas full of useful files. You'll find everything from H/P/C/V files to internet software to ANSI/VGA Art(and a lot of it). The file section has improved ten-fold in the last few months. If the message section were to improve the same way the file section has, this would be a five star board. The ANSI setup on this system isn't too shabby, either. The cute crow (the BBS's mascot) is a consistant theme throughout the bbs, whether his whole body appears, or just his severed bloody head. I would suggest making the long distance call to this BBS, just to see the animated logoff ANSI of the crow taking a piss. - 42 -
