In addition, we'd like to commend all the people and groups that ║║ make what the scene is today. ║║ ║║ We would also like to thank the Couriers. I mean without you guyz the ║║ releases won't even reach Akira, PC or even L.A, BBX, or Enigma. Affinity ║║ would like to give thanks to all couriering groups such as fATE, Amnesia, ║║ RiSC, Everlast, Damage, Malice, and many others that we left out. ║║ ║║ ║║ Future Plans ▄ ║║ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ║║ ║║ Affinity is in need of more Artists, Writers and Musicians. You the reader ║║ can also help make us this magazine better by letting us know of your ║║ thoughts. ║║ ║║ Our primary goal is to provide you, the readers, a fresh and balanced view ║║ of the Scene. We will do anything and everything to bring you behind the ║║ scences information and anything else of interest. ║║ ║║ Remember that every story not only has one side but two, and Affintiy is ║║ the second side. Therefore, give us a glace the next time we hit the ║║ newstands. ║║ ║║ Last but not least, for all of you who are into coding. I'll be writing ║║ articles on coding in Pascal and C++. In addition, we'll have a section ║║ where we'd try to answer some of your queriers regarding compilers. ║║ What do I mean? Hmm... The only way is to ask. So, if you're on the IRC ║║ join #AFT and ask me, Mr. Mister what I have in store for your pleasure. ║║ ║║ ║║ Programming ▄ ║║ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ║║ ║║ This magazine has been purley coded in Borland C++ v3.1, with some inline ║║ assembly thrown in for speed. Affinity is not only gonna bring you the top ║║ BBSes in the world because RCN does that pretty well. We are still trying ║║ to bring ALL the major BBSes in EACH area code or city. For example, UK ║║ where people think the scene is dead, but isn't in reality. ║║ ║║ Currently, many users are trying to revive the UK scene. Affinity will keep ║║ you posted. We'll also report on the major gimicks that the BBSes are ║║ using to attract LD and local couriers. Such competition that will land ║║ you a modem, an Internet Account, RAM, or even a P5. And that being the ║║ the tip of the iceberg. ║║ ║║ What are your thoughts on the kind of music you'd like you hear in future ║║ additions of the magazine? I know listening to the same kind of FM-synth ║║ music can become pretty boring sometimes, therefore, we will be adding ║║ all sort of other music. If you are a music lover and if would like to ║║ send us your music to be used for Affinity, then please join us in #AFT. ║║ Send us the file with a description of what type of music it is. We would ║║ prefere MODs but other formats are happily acceptable as well. ║║ ║║ And, yeah one more thing. Only English Music no Multi-Lingual stuff unless ║║ it is overly awesome.
