  10.  NOTE: APt has been beta tested on several different machines, and soundblaster 
  11.        settings, the only thing that will fuck up the mag is emm386.sys, if you
  12.        are using it, DISABLE IT...

  14.          Well, welcome to our third Issue of APt. I hope you have enjoyed the
  15. first two issues as much as we have dreaded putting them out. Anyays, As you
  16. probably have noticed already, there are many changes in this issue, that have
  17. not been included in previous issues. I have a short list of things to run down
  18. and after that, Ill let you get at the mag.

  20.   New Additions:

  23.        - The Necromancer has recently joined the staff, and his programming
  24.   talents can obviously be seen whenever you view one of our VGA loaders
  25.  
  26.        - SoundBlaster support has been added for the intro loader. Expect to
  27.   see that next issue, not only in the loaders, but also included in the
  28.   magazine itself.
  29.   
  30.        - New VGA graphics included this issue, with awesome animation 
  31.   compliments of The Necromancer. Expect to see more VGA in the magazine next
  32.   issue, if not a full VGA format

  34.        - More articles, more couriers, more dist sites, more fun.
