17Bit Updates!

Back issues of the 17Bit updates are still available....
Update 1.
The first ever! Featured the excellent Thames TV demo, an
excellent space invaders and Directory Master Version 1.
Also a cute but strange program that makes your Disk-drive
play music. [Yes your disc-drive].
Update 2.
Featuring nice title screen, music. Boing Machine
(ray-traced Animation),Wavebench,Viacom,Target,Dropshadow
(Workbench hacks) Tristar Virus Killer, plus news (now
quite old!) and information etc.
Update 3.
The main demo features an animation created with the
director by Apart - its a digitised man spinning round and
is very nice. Plus lots of articles, Music,Cruncher,
Guardian,Target,Coo! and Gulp! Plus 5 piece of art in the
gallery -War Of The Worlds,Terminator,Marble,Wet Napolean.
Update 4.
Features a mock-st fantavision intro, 3 fantavision
animations, Music by The DJ (Glowing Ears II, Ivory
Towers II),System Z,Virus X1.5,Boot. 3 pieces of art -
Grolsh,Draco and Frog. Plus plenty of articles.
Update 5.
This disc was one of the first to use Hi-Tensions 16colour
workbench and it looks very nice! (if it is a little slow..)
Nice demo in the form of BOING THROWS (Ray-traced basketball
player animation - if you wait long enough he misses!).
Great music by Allister Brimble (Rendezvous II).
Nice artwork by Rico Holmes (Raven). Utilities -
New Cruncher, icon Lab, Fractal Scenery (ace!) and Doshelp.
Update 6.
Containing the most stuff ever! Loads and loads of text
in a new and easy to use magazine format. 6 pieces of music,
4 pieces of art and the game Yahtzee plus utilities -
Big,Cls,Border,Iffc (IFF cruncher),Iffl (IFFload),
Pl(for replaying soundtracker modules), Runback, Gizmo,
Mouse, Virus X3.2, Showiz, Pointer-animator, Playsound
and Packer.
