Description:
This package contains the zic time zone compiler, the zdump
timezone dump routine, and various timezone library
routines. These functions deal with variations in the
time zone rules in the world. A database of local rules
is included; if you find errors please report them. The
compilation and maintenance of the timezone data is an
on-going task.
