  24.     S/KEY is a proceedure for using one time password to authen-
  25.     ticate access to compter systems. It uses 64 bits of infor-
  26.     mation transformed by either the MD4 algorithm or the (stronger)
  27.     MD5 algorithm. The user supplies the 64 bits in the form of 6
  28.     English words that are generated by a secure computer, such as a
  29.     pocket sized smart card, a PC, a Macin- tosh, or a machine at
  30.     work and printed on a sheet of paper.

  34.    The IETF has standardized an S/KEY-like system called OTP; see
  35.    RFC 1938 for more information.  The reference distribution
  36.    of S/KEY does not conform to RFC 1938.  Bellcore markets a
  37.    commercial distribution that does conform.

  40.    break MD4 based skeys; so better compile with MD5 turned on.
