  3.         The Open DCL product from Accelr8 uses a daemon
  4.         process called LOC8 to store information which must
  5.         be shared by multiple processes.  (eg:  Logical Names)
  6.  
  7.         This demonstration copy of Open DCL starts the LOC8
  8.         process when it is executed.  This LOC8 process is
  9.     not stopped when Open DCL is exited.
  10.  
  11.         If you wish to stop the LOC8 process you should go
  12.         to the directory in which this README resides, on
  13.         this CD-ROM, and execute the command, "./Stop8".
