  3.                 HyperNotes for Windows version 1.21

  6. HyperNotes is the solution to the management of your entire 
  7. Universe of information.  It is essentially a document 
  8. manager designed to allow you quick entry and retrieval of 
  9. whatever information is important to you.  It has features 
  10. and flexibility that will amaze you, and will allow you to
  11. see and build relationships between your pieces of informa-
  12. tion that were not possible before now.
  13.  
  14. In its simplest functionality, HyperNotes acts as a text 
  15. editor and a big folder into which you can place all the 
  16. bits of information that otherwise would get lost or buried 
  17. under the spreading morass of paper on your desk. HyperNotes 
  18. automatically builds an index to every single word in each 
  19. note. Later, you can instantly retrieve a note or group of 
  20. notes by any word or words that you pick to characterize it.
  21. There are no keywords to define, no tree structures you have
  22. to make your data conform to.

  24. But you can make HyperNotes be more - as much more as you 
  25. want.  Utilize true hypertext jumps that you assign to a 
  26. word or phrase in a note...a jump not just to one other note,
  27. but to a selected group of individual notes.  Or how about a 
  28. hypertext link to a dynamic group of notes defined by any 
  29. search criteria you specify?  You can even assign these same 
  30. links to your function keys, so that at any time hitting F3 
  31. can bring up your todo list, or F5 can bring up every note 
  32. concerning that project you are tracking.  With HyperNotes' 
  33. multimedia capabilities, you can link to a bitmap, sound 
  34. file, MIDI file, or video!

  36. HyperNotes also allows for multi-user access of beautifully 
  37. formatted on-line documents of importance to a whole LAN 
  38. community - a kind of shared knowledge base.  In coopera-
  39. tion with network protocols, HyperNotes offers password 
  40. protection for documents, and other means of controlling 
  41. who has update authority, and who has read-only authority.

  43. Does your information manager allow only one user to have 
  44. access to a document at a time?  HyperNotes allows full 
  45. multi-user concurrent access to its documents.
