  3. |2, |3, |4, |5--Tens of thousands of |2 citizens fled the
  4. city in horror upon hearing the news that |6 |1 |7 had
  5. announced |8 candidacy for Mayor.||
  6. ||
  7. Fearing the backlash created by the announcement, |7 is
  8. reported to be in hiding, while |8 supporters plan campaign
  9. strategy. Said one faithful supporter, "I knew when I heard
  10. the news [of |8 candidacy] that |2 was the place for me. I
  11. just had to be here to lend my support."||

  13. Meanwhile, a spokesman for incumbent mayor |9 said that an
  14. emergency press conference was scheduled for later this
  15. week, but would not elaborate. Another candidate, |10, has
  16. announced plans to pull out of the race.||

  18. A key component of |7's platform is to fire all city
  19. support staff and replace them with |11. |12 will then move
  20. them all to |13 where all will be required to work from |14
  21. to |15 every day. |7 will also move to have |16 banned
  22. between the hours of |17 and |18 as well as prohibit |19 in
  23. public.||
