  1. Movement Phase

  3.   Each unit may move one area per
  4. turn.  To move a unit, click on it and
  5. drag it to the area that you wish to 
  6. move it to, then release the mouse 
  7. button.  If you try to move a unit
  8. further than one area away from the
  9. area it started in, it will snap 
  10. back to its last location.
