  5.     This section lets you tell us what you liked and disliked in this issue of 
  6.  BIG BLUE DISK.  It will tell us what direction to go in order to please you 
  7.  better.  Please print it (by pressing F5), fill it out, and return it to us

  13.     For each feature of this issue, you are asked to give a grade in two 
  14.  categories, Subject Matter and Quality.  Subject Matter deals with the subject 
  15.  of the program or article:  give a high grade if you find the subject of 
  16.  interest and wish more features of that kind in the future, and a low grade if 
  17.  you have no interest in that sort of thing. 
  18.  
  19.     On the other hand, the Quality grade is where you rate our execution of the 
  20.  particular feature.  Was it great or terrible?  Give grades from A through F 
  21.  as a teacher would; A means outstanding, while F means a complete waste of 
  22.  disk space.  Circle the letter that best applies.
