  8.     Anyone who loves miniature golf needs to buy this game. The graphics for 
  9.  the golf course, of which you only see approximately one-fifth of onscreen, 
  10.  are superbly done in 3-D -- especially in VGA mode.
  11.  
  12.     Briefly, the game is a series of nine multi-screen miniature golf courses 
  13.  which you putt a golf ball around in order to get it into the hole that is 
  14.  located somewhere on the course.  Each course is animated with accompanying 
  15.  sound (which may, and should, be turned off) and putting control is 
  16.  accomplished through a mouse, joystick, or the keyboard.  Before playing each 
  17.  hole, you get an overhead view of the entire hole and are shown the best path 
  18.  to get the ball to the hole.

  20.     Each hole is well executed and many of them are completely insane.   
  21.  They excel in hiding the fact that they are mini-golf holes.  The holes end 
  22.  with the ball going into the hole that has a flag in it, but that's where the 
  23.  similarity ends.

  25.      I could go on and on about the game, but go buy it and enjoy it 
  26.  yourself. It is easy enough for a six-year-old, but it is entertaining for 
  27.  all age groups.

  29.      Much credit goes to Will Harvey and his team at SandCastle Productions 
  30.  for producing such a masterpiece. In closing, I have only one hint for you: 
  31.  there is a tenth hole that is reachable by a certain action on the ninth 
  32.  hole.  Hint #2: the mouse.

  34.      The IBM version of Electronic Arts' ZANY GOLF is for 1-4 players, 
  35.  requires 384K of memory, EGA, VGA or Tandy 16 color, supports keyboard, 
  36.  joystick, and mouse, and has a list price of $39.95.
