  37. SAC'94 is the annual conference of the ACM Special Interest Group 
  38. on Applied Computing (SIGAPP), APL (SIGAPL), Biomedical Computing (SIGBIO), 
  39. Business Information Technology (SIGBIT), Computer Uses in Education (SIGCUE), 
  40. Forth (SIGFORTH), and Small and Personal Computer (SIGSMALL/PC).
  41. For the past nine years, SAC has become a primary forum for applied 
  42. computing practitioners and researchers.
  43. Once again SAC'94 will be held in conjunction with the 1994 ACM Computer
  44. Science Conference (CSC'94).
  45. Fuzzy Logic in Applications is one of the major tracks in SAC.
  46. The purpose of this track is to provide a forum for the interchange of 
  47. ideas, research, development activities, and applications among academic
  48. and practitioners in the areas related to Fuzzy Logic in Applications.
  49. State-of-the-art and state-of-the-practice original papers relevant to 
  50. the track themes as well as panel proposals are solicited.

  114. GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

  116. Several Categories of papers will be considered for presentation and publication
  117. including:

  119.   (i) original and unpublished research articles,

  130. Accepted papers will be published in the ACM/SAC'94 Conference Proceedings 
  131. to be printed by the ACM Press.
  132. In order to facilitate the blind external review process, submission guidelines
  133. must be strictly adhered to:
  134.  
  135.   - Submit 5 copies of your manuscript to the track chair.
  136.  
  137.   - Authors names and addresses MUST NOT appear in the body of the paper,
  138.     self-reference must be in the third person, attribution to the author(s) 
  139.     must be in the form of "author", and bibliographical entries by the 
  140.     author(s) must also be in the form of "author".
  141.  
  142.   - The body of the paper should not exceed 5.000 words 
  143.     (approximately 20 doubled-spaced pages).

  145.   - A seperate cover sheet shoeld be attached to each copy, containing 
  146.       - the title of the paper,
  147.       - the author(s) and affiliation(s),
  148.       - and the address (including e-mail address and fax number, if available)
  149.         to which correspondence should be sent.

  151.   - Panel proposals must include abstract of the topics and a copy of 
  152.     resume/vita of the moderator.
