  5.       set the programs writers handicapping preferences for you.  MEGAPUPS
  6.       lets you, the handicapper, set the values and biases on the race
  7.       statistics.  These personal preferences are then passed through
  8.       the program, using the dogs performace history, to graphically
  9.       show you the race conclusion!
  10.       The registered version will hold over one million dogs history in
  11.       it's datafile.
