  8. This version, 'SOLARVIEW 1.0' is released as shareware, which means that

  18. All who register will receive the latest version (currently 'SOLARVIEW
  19. 1.1'). The version you are now using (1.0) only works for the years 1990
  20. to 1995; but version 1.1 will work for the years AD 1000 to AD 3000.
  21. Other than this major difference, both versions work the same.

  23. IMPORTANT:  when registering be sure to mention that you want the MS-DOS
  24. version, since SOLARVIEW is being ported to other platforms.  Also, anyone
  25. registering outside the United States or Canada should add $5 for the
  26. airmail shipping.

  28. DESCRIPTION

  30. SOLARVIEW 1.0 is an astronomy program which lets the user quickly determine
  31. where the planets of the solar system are (in relation to the Earth's
  32. position), at a specific point in time.

  34. To run SOLARVIEW, just CD to the directory where the program "SOLRV10.COM"
  35. is located, and type: SOLRV10
  36.  
  37. Once the program is running, on-line help is provided by pressing "?"
