  4. The ZiffNet Monthly Shareware Review is a periodical dedicated to
  5. informing the public about the latest news and highlights
  6. regarding the downloadable software available on ZiffNet.  This
  7. highly graphical and intuitive hypertext newsletter features
  8. in-depth reviews and updated information on the newest and most
  9. popular shareware programs available.  It is distributed on-line
  10. in the form of a Windows Help file, and can be read by anyone
  11. running Windows 3.1.

  13. Windows Help files are run using the Microsoft Windows Help
  14. Engine (WINHELP.EXE), which is included with Windows.  You can
  15. start the ZiffNet Monthly Shareware Review in one of the
  16. following ways:

  18. 1) In most cases, the Windows File Manager automatically runs
  19. WINHELP.EXE whenver you double-click on a file with the extension
  20. .HLP.  If this does not work, you need to "associate" .HLP files
  21. with the program WINHELP.EXE.  Please consult your manuals or
  22. on-line help for instructions.

  24. 2) You can use the File | Open command from the menu bar when any
  25. Help file is active and then select the ZiffNet Monthly Shareware
  26. Review file.  You can quickly bring up a Help file by pressing
  27. [F1] while Program Manager is active.
