  5.                  1 small can tomato paste
  6.                  1 can red kidney beans (with juice, undrained)
  7.                  1 lb lean ground beef
  8.                  1 small onion
  9.                  1 tbs vegetable oil
  10.                  salt, pepper, chili powder to taste

  12.                  Mince onion and saute in veg. oil until translucent,
  13.                  set aside on paper towel.  Brown ground beef.
  14.                  Add onion and all other ingredients, heat
  15.                  until piping hot.  Serve on open rolls or french
  16.                  bread.
