  1. Editorial - Pizza and Circuses

  4. This has turned into a strange RAH issue (a redundancy?) again.  This
  5. bit of prose replaces the previously written editorial, which was
  6. promoted to an actual article, "The Eyes Have Had It."
  7.  
  8. May was a stressful month for yours truly, with several instances of
  9. day work required; yuck!  I usually work nights (and Greg is the 
  10. vampire?), so my sleep cycle was totally scrambled.  I managed to
  11. churn out a few articles despite the problems.  A few jokes may even
  12. have crept into one or two of them.
  13.  
  14. This issue suddenly has two articles dealing with late night
  15. activities in computer centers.  Ray Koziel submitted his in early
  16. May.  It was formatted, spell-checked, then set aside until needed.
  17. Greg Borek submitted his article four days after deadline, which is
  18. typical.  Greg's article seemed vaguely familiar.  I thought we might
  19. have published a similar article in a recent issue.  Only when I
  20. began laying out this beast did I realize that the familiar sounding
  21. article was slated for the same issue!  Oh...what the heck?  Why not
  22. make this a theme issue?  So this is now the "Late Night Pizza Party
  23. in the Computer Center" issue of RAH.

  25. RAH Does Internet

  27. RAH is now available directly to users on the Internet via anonymous
  28. FTP.   site:        uglymouse.css.itd.umich.edu
  29.        directory:   pub/Zines/RAH
  30. The files are named: rahYYMM.txt.   This is an uncompressed ASCII
  31. text version.  Issues since May 1993 are available.  I have no direct
  32. control over when the new issue is posted for download at this site.
  33. Each new issue will be sent to the archivist on the last day of the
  34. previous month.  Please be patient.                             {RAH}
