I was cruising around the Internet, when I found these ascii pictures in
a public archive in Finland (nic.funet.fi).
All are ASCII art. ASCII, as opposed to ANSI, doesn't have embedded
escape sequences to change color, move the cursor, or the like. That
means that these pictures are suitable for viewing on your screen,
printing on your printer, or enclosing in e-mail messages or in letters
that you print out.
Please bear in mind that a few of these pictures have line widths in
excess of 80 characters. You may have to adjust your screen width, or
go to a smaller printer font in order to have them make sense. Most of
the pictures have lines less than or equal to 80 characters, however.
If you are bored, try unzipping these files into an empty subdirectory,
then "cd" to that subdirectory and issue the following command from the
DOS prompt for several minutes of entertainment:
