  18.      The following DEMOB (demobilization - pronounced "demobe")
  19. CRITIQUE SHEET is from the experience of Bill Pennington, WA6SLA,
  20. OES Region IV Radio Officer and ARRL DEC for the Central Sierra
  21. Counties:
  22.      Shortly after the incident a meeting and critique should be
  23. held for the whole operation.  It should include inputs from the
  24. following Demob Critique Sheets.  The findings and their cures
  25. should be published for other organizations to use --- especially
  26. organizations which provided mutual aid.
