  9. ARRL director resigns

  11. ARRL Dakota Division Director Howard Mark, W0OZC, has resigned due
  12. to an impending move to another ARRL division.  His resignation took
  13. effect July 18.  Per the ARRL bylaws, Dakota Division Vice Director
  14. Rick Whiting, W0TN, assumes the office of director for the remainder
  15. of Mark's term, until January 1, 1994.  ARRL Southeastern Division
  16. Director Frank M. Butler Jr., W4RH, has been appointed by ARRL
  17. President George Wilson, W4OYI, to replace Mark on the ARRL
  18. Executive Committee for the remainder of Mark's term.
