  9. Larry Staples, W0AIB, of Shawnee Mission, Kansas, has been appointed
  10. to serve as Vice Director of the Midwest Division, ARRL, until
  11. January 1, 1994.  WOAIB fills the vacancy created when Bill
  12. McGrannahan, K0ORB, became Director of the Division upon the
  13. resignation and subsequent death of Paul Grauer, W0FIR.
