  10.         database check program, and tells how to use it.

  21.         PAF comes with a program called FRCHK that can be used to verify
  22.         the integrity of your family records database.  This program also
  23.         has an option to fix errors in your database.  This text file
  24.         describes in detail the types of tests that FRCHK applies against
  25.         each file.  Because of the FRCHKDOC's age, it may not perfectly
  26.         match the current versions of FRCHK.

  28.         **  WARNING  **
  29.         Although this warning is about FRCHK itself, not FRCHKDOC, it
  30.         seems to be appropriate here.  FRCHK seems to work well up to a
  31.         certain file size.  When the number of PAF Notes exceeds a limit
  32.         that I cannot precisely identify, error messages begin to occur. 
  33.         If you have more than 25000 individuals entered in PAF with notes
  34.         files on most or all, it is recommended that you do not run FRCHK
  35.         with the -F option to fix your database.  As with all programs
  36.         that update your data, a fresh backup or copy on the hard disk of
  37.         your data before running the program is prudent.
