  27.  │ Well after a slight absence here's my newest Extinct Trainer!
  28.  │ You can run the trainer with -f to skip the fancy loading, use -r to remove
  29.  │ the trainer from memory.

  32.  │      F1 - Skip Level
  33.  │      F2 - Toggle Invulnerability On/Off
  34.  │      F3 - Toggle Unlimited Lives On/Off

  36.  │ When you hit one of the keys the trainer will beep.  On F2 and F3 the second
  37.  │ beep will be higher if the option is toggled on, and lower if the option is
  38.  │ toggled off.

  40.  │ This is a pretty good game, but it's a little slow.  Just jump on top of the
  41.  │ monsters to kill them.
