  9.  Registration for TEXLOTTO is $5.00, which gets delivered to you, a copy
  10.  of the program on 1, 360k disk. This Shareware program is fully functional.

  26.  TEXLOTTO is run from the command line as TEXLOTTO and is a stand-alone
  27.  .exe file. This program does not require any command line perimeters and
  28.  once started, presents you with a menu to choose from.
  29.  Operation of the program is straight forward. Place the program in a
  30.  directory of its own, type TEXLOTTO. On screen help is provided.
