  6. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: IBM PC, XT, AT, or PS/2 or compatible with 64K 
  7. of memory, monochrome or color video and DOS 2.1 or later.  The TSR code 
  8. only works with 3.X or better.

  10. SHORT DESCRIPTION:  A vocabulary building TSR.  Intended audience is 
  11. 16 years and up.

  13. DESCRIPTION:  Word Treasure is a vocabulary program with over 500 new 
  14. vocabulary words.  The program is intended to be loaded from the 
  15. AUTOEXEC.BAT.  There is an option on the program menu to leave the 
  16. program resident in memory.  The user can either bring the program 
  17. up by the hot-key sequence of  <ALT-LEFT SHIFT> or by setting an automatic 
  18. timer.  The program has full mouse support with pull-down windows and 
  19. menus.  The user can add their own vocabulary topics and words.  Word 
  20. Treasure functions well in a Windows DOS box.  I have had problems with 
  21. it popping up by timer at resolutions greater than 800X600X16.  It does 
  22. however work fine by the hot key.  Personally I usually just look at 
  23. the word when I boot the computer in the morning and throughout the day.  
  24. The program can also be unloaded if nothing is loaded above it.  There 
  25. is also a utility called fix.exe that will rebuild any topic file and 
  26. name it FIX.TPC.   The program has a short reminder on the 1st and 15th 
  27. of each month to register.
