This program contains online context-sensitive help. To access the help file, simply use the F1 function key.
This program is shareware. To find out how to register, please consult on-line help. Once you have registered this program, you will be able to access both the hiragana and katakana character sets for the game. Registration also allows you to keep informed of other Japanese Educational language products. On-line help gives additional details.
The executable and library files in this package are compressed. If for some reason, you need to copy one of the original files onto your hard disk, use the UNPACK.EXE file included on the Install diskette.
NOTE:
The UNPACK.EXE file is not available in the BBS Shareware version of Kana Guess. Thus, use the install program to unpack the files (see next).
If you did not install all the files onto your hard disk you may use the Install program at a later date. The Install program automatically over writes previously installed files.
Kana Guess needs the following DLLs either in the same directory as Kana Guess or in the Windows System directory.
PICCLIP.VBX - DLL to access the kana characters
THREED.VBX - DLL for all button controls
VBRUN200.DLL - Visual Basic 2.0 DLL
For the BBS version of Kana Guess, PICCLIP.VBX and THREED.VBX are included in the package. The VBRUN200.DLL may or may not be included, depending on which version was downloaded. For more information, contact the party that uploaded the program.
