The phone master works like a card catalog. When you click on this button it is like putting a new card in your card catalog.

When you click on this button the system will prompt you for a last name (or whatever the field which was initially called Last Name is now). At a minimum each field must have a last name. After typing the last name the record will appear in the list box. You may enter the remainder fields if you would like to.
