  1. You will notice BEEPS eminating    from your computer if you try to   do certain things:                 1.)  You will be BEEPED if you try      to delete the file you are                                                                                             in the process of editing.         You may only delete files          which you are not accessing.  2.)  You will be BEEPED if you try      to CAPTURE a label to the                                                                                              capture file and the capture       file is the currently open         file.  You can only capture        labels to the capture file         from the currently open file                                                                                           as long as the currently open      file is not "CAPTURE.DBL"          itself.                       3.)  You will get a BEEP if you         are attempting to edit more                                                                                           than 1001 labels per file. If      you require more than 1001         records, I suggest reorganizing    your data into more than one       file and name each file to                                                                                             tip you off to its primary         organization.  AtoN MtoZ           or byzip01, byzip02, etc.      4.) Avoid using any character          other than a thru z or 0 thru 9                                                                                        in your label names.  I filter     out underline characters and       dashes, etc. from the names        of your files.                                               MJS
