  1.      I  think it is possible you may have an old ROM or old software.  Type

  3. ATi3 (AT 'eye' 3) in terminal mode of data software to get ROM version.

  5.      For the software look at dates on diskettes, and/or  version

  7. # on opening screen of the software.
  8.  
  9.      Don't  forget to include your FAX #, modem model, address, &  a  short
  10.  
  11. repeat of the question, so I can reply properly, or send a proper update as
