  29.     Shareware Authors (SISA). The Society wants to ensure that all
  30.     valid shareware principle actually work for you and SISA members.
  31.     The principle behind shareware distribution is simple; try before
  32.     you buy. Society members agree to license all shareware for a minimum
  33.     of 10 days, free of charge, to first time users as an evaluation period.

  46.     WARRANTY:

  48.     Gary Raymond warrants that the software contained herein will
  49.     perform in substantial compliance with the documentation
  50.     accompanying the software. If you report, in writing, a significant
  51.     defect to us, and we are unable to correct it within 90 days of the
  52.     date you report the defect, you may return the software and
  53.     accompanying materials, and we will refund the purchase price.

  55.     Diskette's and Documentation:
  56.     Gary Raymond, warrants all diskette's and documentation to be
  57.     free of defects in materials for a period of 30 days from the date
  58.     of purchase. In the event of notification within the warranty period
  59.     of defects in any materials, Gary Raymond will replace the
  60.     defective diskette or documentation.

  62.     Remedies:
  63.     The remedy for breach of the warranty shall be limited to
  64.     replacement and shall not encompass any other damages, including but
  65.     not limited to loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential,
  66.     or similar damages, losses, or claims.

  68.     DISCLAIMER:
  69.     Gary Raymond specifically disclaims all other warranties,
  70.     expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied
  71.     warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  72.     with respect to defects in the diskette and documentation, and the
  73.     program license granted herein, in particular, and without limiting
  74.     operation of the program license with respect to any particular
  75.     application, use, or purpose.  In no event shall Gary Raymond be
  76.     liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damage,
  77.     including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or
  78.     other damages.
