  14.    to evaluate it.  If it does the job for you, I am interested in having

  20.    provide complete technical support in two very important ways.

  26.    provide limited free consulting in any matters relating to personal
  27.    computers. This can range from: how to use DOS commands; how to
  28.    install a Hard Drive on your computer; or the phone number of the
  29.    Direct Marketer who I think has exactly what you are looking for at
  30.    the best possible price. You will be able to tap the resources of
  31.    someone with over 10 years of experience dealing with personal
  32.    computers. I won't promise that I will always be immediately
  33.    available or even have the answer you need at the time you call, but,
  34.    I will do my best to find you a solution, and, as quickly as
  35.    possibly. If the solution requires printed text help, you may be
  36.    asked to forward a SASE.

  38.    Unlike most shareware authors, I enjoy taking time to talk to those
  39.    who use my software. Although I have a busy schedule, I don't mind
  40.    talking on the telephone as long as you have all of the pertinent
  41.    data assembled and you are ready with your question. I have found
  42.    from experience that most questions are best handled via E-Mail, as
  43.    the time involved in composing the message tends to help add some
  44.    clarity to the proper presentation of the problem. In any case, I
