  4.        CLOG is a small utility to calculate your communication surcharges
  5.        while accessing COMPUSERVE (phone costs and network surcharges). 
  6.        As it comes to you, it's configurated among the standard pricing 
  7.        plan of COMPUSERVE. All you have to do before calculating your 
  8.        personal surcharges is to configurate the program for your own way 
  9.        to access CIS. Choose <Configurate> from the main menue and change 
  10.        the presented values. If you've done so, choose <Calculate> from 
  11.        the main menu to see a table of your communication surcharges. You 
  12.        can print the table with the combination of <SHIFT>+<PRTSC>.
  13.        If you prefer to be lead through the program in german language,
  14.        use <Language> to change between german and english.
  15.        Changes you've made are kept in a file named CLOG.CFG.

  17.        The advantage of the program is that you can compare easily several 
  18.        ways to access CIS, and you can keep an eye on your communication 
  19.        charges while prices are changing.
