  12. The batch files listed above will create the LIB files from scratch by
  13. compiling the source files. Note that you must edit the file SETDEFS.BAT
  14. and specify your path information. You also need LIB to create the
  15. libraries.

  17. The patch files above will upgrade your LIB files from the previous
  18. baseline to the current version.
