  2. SHAREWARE SOFTWARE LICENSE

  4. 1.      GRANT OF LICENSE.  Techton Software grants to you the right
  5.         to use and to make an unlimited number of copies of
  6.         the Resident Information Application  ("Software")
  7.         provided that such copies are used only in connection
  8.         with your daily work.
  9.  
  10. 2.      COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Techton Software
  11.          and is protected by United States copyright
  12.         laws and international treaty provisions. You may
  13.         not remove the copyright notice form  any copy of the
  14.         Software.   
  15.  
  16. 3.      OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This License Agreement With the Software Serial Number
  17.         is your proof of license to exercise the rights
  18.         granted herein and must be retained by you.  You may
  19.         not rent or lease the Software.  You may not reverse
  20.         engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
  21.  
  22. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN
  23. RISK.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY ON ONE PC AT ANY TIME.  
  24. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 
  25. THE AUTHOR, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  26. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED
  27. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  28. PURPOSE.

  30. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall
  31. the AUTHOR:  Techton Software be liable for any damages
  32. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
  33. of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  34. information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  35. or inability to use this product, even if Techton Software
  36. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because
  37. some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
  38. liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
  39. limitation may not apply to you.

  41. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

  43. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED
  44. RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government
  45. is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph
  46. (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer
  47. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1)
  48. and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted
  49. Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.  AUTHOR AND

  54. Washington.
