  9.    I found your April Fool joke, in fact I am returning the current issue disks
  10. to you all.  Think you have a bad sector on disk #1.  At least I couldn't get it
  11. to run.  (you all is southern for the whole bunch)

  13.    Would appreciate new disks without the April Fool sector on them.  Or was
  14. this a test to see if we could solve the bad sector problem.  Well it was fun.

  16.    The magazine has been very interesting.  I have an EGA monitor at home and
  17. was glad you fixed the problem with the screen, because every time it bounced,
  18. strange things happened.  All is well now with the "Go E" command.

  28. ^1>our best efforts at quality control.  We always replace such disks free.
  29. ^1>   Regarding the zero-length delimiter files, "DEL --------.*" will work, but
  30. ^1>why do you want to remove them?  They're there to separate files related to
  31. ^1>different programs in the directory, so that the DIR listing is more attractive
  32. ^1>and informative than the usual random bunch of files all lumped together.

  37.    I was a little cautious when I bought your issue #13.  I have a Sanyo MBC-555
  38. with a monochrome monitor which I have reconfigured (by changing dip switches)
  39. so it thinks it is a color monitor.  I do not have a Color/Graphics adapter.
  40. For months, I have drooled over IBM and compatible software that required CGA,
  41. but for $9.95 I figured it was worth a chance.

  43.    I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to run the WORDS OF FORTUNE pro-
  44. gram after telling it I DID have a color monitor.  One problem: when "bankrupt"
  45. came up on a spin, my computer hung up and I had to shut it off to recover
  46. control.  Any idea why?  Also, I was not able to get any sound.

  48.    Do all of your Big Blue Disks require CGA?  Any idea what kind of problems I
  49. might encounter with other programs while using a monochrome monitor (Zenith)
  50. that thinks it's a color monitor?  My Sanyo supports RGB monitors without any
  51. modifications.

  58. address.  I would be interested in corresponding with other hackers out there
  59. and maybe swap some program ideas, etc.

  72.    I wrote to you about putting Big Blue Disk on high capacity 5 1/4" floppies.
  73. You wrote to me and told me how to do it.  I don't need to know how to do it. I
  74. know that already!  If I wanted to do that I wouldn't have asked you to make
  75. that option available.  Just think, if you had gone with that option, I would
  76. have gotten all the documentation for the spreadsheet.  I would pay 2 dollars a
  77. month more just to have your magazine on the high capacity floppies.  Would you
  78. think about adding this option??  What about the new computers that only have a
  79. 3 1/2" floppy. Will they be left out in the cold??

  81.    Why not have a batch file on the disk so your readers could print out all the
  82. text files on your disk.  I don't have the time to sit at the computer and read
  83. all the text files on disk.  That would keep my bulletin board down too long. I
  84. am proud to annouce that I have gone multi-user on my bbs.

  89. ^1>   We now offer BIG BLUE DISK on 3 1/2" disks as well as 5 1/4".  However, we
  90. ^1>have no plans to offer it on high-capacity 5 1/4" floppies, since that is a
  91. ^1>fairly small market, and those drives can read the normal 5 1/4" disks anyway.
