  50.                              for user defined forms; the correct clipping
  51.                              area will now be used.

  227.                 RESOLUTION:  If the character slope is non-zero, then the
  228.                              FM_SEL_ITALIC flag should be set in the
  229.                              usSelection field of the font metrics structure.
  230.  
  231.                              Also, the FM_TYPE_KERNING bit should be set in
  232.                              the fsType field if the font includes kerning
  233.                              pairs.
