The easy to use access program includes features such as select catagories, tag, print descriptions, context sensitive help and fast descriptive word search. Informative program descriptions include hardware requirements and performance ratings on a five "star" scale based on the following: · Are programs full featured and do they perform as expected? 4th Edition · Does program include complete documentation or online help? · Is program easy to use and learn? · Does program have modern intuitive interface? · What is quality of program compared to similar programs? · Is program crippled or annoying? Most of these programs can be run directly from the CD-ROM for review without using hard drive or floppy disk space. A CD-ROM is a read only device, so programs that must write data may stop at that point and can be installed to another drive for futher review. Authors have submitted most of the programs on this CD-ROM directly to Advantage Plus. Use of shareware programs, beyond a reasonable review period as described in each individual programs document, require payment of a registration fee to the Author.
