- handleeasily. Registration includes a printed copy as part of the
- deal.
- Installation Notes
- ------------------
-
- If you are installing from a diskette you can follow the
- instructions supplied in the Users Manual or use the following set
- of instructions. If you have received SIS electronically, from a
- BBS, then you must use the following instructions:
-
-
- Create a Subdirectory named SIS on your hard disk. Use
- the following DOS command to do this:
-
- MD SIS
-
- Make this subdirectory the default directory using the
- DOS command:
-
- CD SIS
-
- Copy all of the files you downloaded, or from your
- diskette, to the SIS subdirectory using:
-
- COPY ?
-
- where ? is the subdirectory name, or the diskette drive
- identifier, plus the file name and extension of each file
- listed in the distribution file list above. If no other
- files exist in the subdirectory you downloaded, or you
- are loading from a diskette then use:
-
- COPY ?:*.*
-
- where ?: is the drive identifier:
-
- Go Back to the ROOT directory on your hard disk using CD\
- and then use the following command:
-
- COPY /SIS/SIS.BAT
-
- This moves the startup program to the root directory.
-
- You can now start SIS by simply typing:
-
- SIS
-
-
-
