  27.          Some keys mentioned below have different names (or no names
  28.            at all) on certain keyboards.
  29.  
  30.          In general, a key has the same effect whether or not Shift
  31.            is pressed simultaneously, and whether CapsLock is
  32.            toggled on or off. Exceptions to this are Del on the
  33.            Numeric Keypad and the number keys on the numeric keypad
  34.            and the main keyboard, which have different effects
  35.            depending on whether NumLock is toggled on or off and/or
  36.            whether Shift (or, in some cases, Ctrl) is pressed (see
  37.            below).

  39.          A beep means that an invalid key has been pressed (unless
  40.            the computer's speaker has been toggled off with H).
  41.  
  42.          Alphanumeric keys are used to specify file names and to
  43.            respond to menu prompts; press BackSpace (repeatedly if
  44.            necessary) and retype to correct; press Enter to complete
  45.            a response (no Enter is needed for responses to menu
  46.            prompts).

  48.          Some prompts require a (Y/N) response. In these cases,
  49.            pressing Y or y means yes, and pressing any other key
  50.            means no.

  52.          Some prompts require a (Y/N/ESC) response. In these cases,
  53.            pressing Y or y means yes, pressing Esc cancels the
  54.            current operation and usually "backs out" to previous
  55.            operation, and pressing any other key means no.

  57.          ? = access contextual help screen

  59.          Esc = cancel current operation and (in most cases) "back out"

  61.                  to the previous operation (will access prompt for
