A month will only count for refund if the licence is handed in or put in the post on or before the last day of the preceding month. To claim a refund send your application and the licence to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre SWANSEA SA99 1AL or hand them in at any Vehicle Registration Office. Refund application forms (V14) may be obtained from any Vehicle Registration Office or main post offices.
