\TCursor Motion:
\KUp Arrow \Xmoves one line up.
\KDown Arrow \Xmoves one line down.
\KLeft Arrow \Xmoves one character left.
\KRight Arrow \Xmoves one character right.
\K<Ctrl> Left Arrow \Xmoves one word left.
\K<Ctrl> Right Arrow \Xmoves one word right.
\KHome \Xmoves to beginning of line.
\KEnd \Xmoves to end of line.
\K<Ctrl> Home \Xmoves to top of screen.
\K<Ctrl> End \Xmoves to bottom of screen.
\TScrolling:
\KUp Arrow \Xscrolls one line up if
cursor is at top of screen.
\KDown Arrow \Xscrolls one line down if
cursor is at bottom of screen.
\KPage Up, Page Down \Xscrolls one screen page up/down.
\TCut and Paste:
\K<Ctrl> Y \Xdeletes the cursor line.
\K<Ctrl> E \Xdeletes from cursor to end of line.
\K<Ctrl> B \Xdeletes from cursor to beginning
of line.
\KInsert \Xinserts text deleted by
\K<Ctrl>Y\X, \K<Ctrl>E \Xor \K<Ctrl>B\X.
\XOnly a single line (or part of a line)
can be inserted, and only if there is
enough space for it on the current
line (where the cursor is).
\TOther Keys:
\KEsc \X(or \KF10) \XBrings up the edit menu.
\K<Ctrl> R \Xredraws the screen.
\K<Ctrl> S \Xsaves changes to file.
\K<Ctrl> P \Xinvokes the print menu.
\WAdding vowels (Nikud)
\HQXFD\ngtt
\XVowels with similar sound are entered using the
same key. For example, Kamatz and Patach \hA A\n] _
\Xare both "AH" vowels, so they are entered using
\K<Alt> A. \XTo get Kamatz, press \K<Alt> A \Xonce.
To get Patach press it twice.
Vowels are added to the Hebrew letter on the right
of the cursor.

\WFile Menu

\TOpen \Xopens an existing file. You will be
prompted to enter the file name.
If you enter a file pattern containing
a wildcard character (e.g. \K*.MEL\X) you
will get another menu containing all
the files matching the pattern.
The file name (or pattern) is
remembered, and will appear as the
default name the next time this menu
is invoked.
\TNew \Xclears the buffer in preparation
for editing a new file.
\TSave \X(can be invoked with \K^S\X).
saves the currently edited file.
The previous version of the file is
saved under the same file name with
a \K.BAK\X extension.
If you are editing an unnamed buffer
you will be prompted for the file name.
\TSave as... \Xsaves the currently edited file
(or buffer) under a different name
(you will be prompted for the name).
\TChange directory\X
changes the current directory.
This affects the directory where files
are read from (\TOpen\X) and written to
(\TSave\X).
\WPrint Menu
\HEDURE\n_e^]
\X(Can be invoked with \K^P\X).
\TPrint now \Xsends the currently edited file
to the printer.
\TPrint quality \Xselects between between letter quality
(fine but slow) and draft mode (rough
but fast). This feature affects dot
matrix printers only.
\TSelect printer \Xselects printer type.
\XSupported printers are:
1. Epson 24-pin dot matrix.
2. Epson 9-pin dot matrix.
3. IBM 24-pin Proprinter.
4. HP LaserJet II.
or any printer which is compatible with
one of the above.
When you select a printer, you will be
asked to specify the printer port (or
just confirm with \KEnter \Xif your printer
is connected to LPT1).
