  10. You want to block the first, third, and fifth paragraphs of your
  11. document and apply certain attributes such as bold and italics to
  12. those paragraphs only.  Or, you may want to do a Search and
  13. Replace in only the second and fourth paragraphs of your
  14. document.

  18. The Block feature is designed to work with contiguous (connected)
  19. text only.  You cannot perform functions on segments of your
  20. document that are not connected.

  24. You need to block each paragraph and perform each function
  25. separately.  This holds true with sentences, words, and any other
  26. types of text in WordPerfect.
