  10. You have selected a Labels Paper Size/Type of 3 columns by 10
  11. rows to print 30 labels on an 8.5" X 11" sheet of paper.  When
  12. you press Print (Shift+F7), then Page (2) to print one whole
  13. sheet of labels, only one label prints.  However, the labels do
  14. view correctly in View Document.

  17. Concept
  18. WordPerfect treats each label as a separate page on a sheet of
  19. paper.  When you choose the Page option from the Print screen,
  20. WordPerfect prints one page, and therefore only one label. 
  21. Because one sheet of paper contains multiple labels (meaning more
  22. than one page), you can use the Multiple Pages option on the
  23. Print screen to print several labels on one sheet of paper.  This
  24. method is best if you only want to print one sheet of labels at a
  25. time.

  27. If you want to print out all of the labels at one time, a simpler
  28. method would be to use the Full Document option in the Print
  29. screen.  Full Document allows you print the entire document at
  30. once; in this case it would print all of the labels in your
  31. document at the same time.

  33. If you are setting up these labels for a primary merge document,
  34. you need to put the Paper Size/Type code in the Initial Codes.

  37. Solution
  38. Print multiple labels using the Multiple Pages option.

  40. 1    Press Print (Shift+F7), then select Multiple Pages (5).

  42. 2    At the Page/Label Range prompt, enter 1-30 to print the
  43.      first 30 labels in your document.  Then press Enter.

  45. For future reference, if you want to print the second sheet of
  46. labels without printing the first page again, type 31-60 at the
  47. Page/Label Range prompt.

  49. If you want to print more than one sheet of labels at a time, it
  50. is best to use the Full Document option.

  52. 1    Press Print (Shift+F7).  Full Document is always selected as
  53.      the default.
