  1. To install : Quit running any old version. Copy vbsys.dll and 
  2. threed.vbx to your windows/system directory. (If you already 
  3. have these files, use the newest one) Copy vbsysbar.exe 
  4. anywhere and delete any old version of it if you still have it.

  9. etc...
