  10.         The complete WCINF10.ZIP file should contain ALL of the following
  11.         files.  If any of these files are missing or there are additional
  12.         files, the package may not be legitimate or suitable for
  13.         distribution to others.  There is one exception.  Many SysOps
  14.         will add a small file to all zip files containing an advertisement
  15.         of their BBS.  This is acceptable and should not be considered an
  16.         alteration of the WCINF10.ZIP file.  If you locate an incomplete
  17.         zip file and would like the complete package, it may be obtained
