  4. WCFF! is the equivalent of TICK for tossing incoming SDS/SDN files into the
  5. WILDCAT! file database.  This program has been used very successfully with
  6. SDS and SDN, and automates the process of receiving files via a mailer and
  7. tossing the file and description into the WILDCAT! file database.  Please
  8. read the WCFF!.DOC for more details.
