  3. 1.1b  - Due to WC not liking WCHOME=C:\WC30\ it now *must* not include the 
  4.         trailing "\" (i.e. it must be WCHOME=C:\WC30).
  5. 1.1b  - Added /X option with registered version to stop pause.
  6. 1.1b  - Changed docs for consistency with "QwkReq"
  7. 1.1b  - Including QwkReq v1.0 with ZIP file

  9. 1.1   - Added the "Information Service" to the registered version - READ DOCS

  14.         conferences which don't exist!

  16.         the "okay, file is attached" message not including the current 
  17.         download in it's download count.
  18. 1.0b  - AUTOREQ.XRF should now be in the same dir as AUTOREQ.EXE
  19. 1.0b  - AUTOREQ.LOG is now placed in the same dir as AUTOREQ.EXE
  20. 1.0b  - KEY file can now be anywhere in the Path
  21. 1.0b  - Supports DOS variable WCHOME as well as HOMEPATH
